Would you rather write with a pencil and paper or type on a laptop?
Would you rather write alone in a silent isolated room or surround by people in a busy public space?
Would you rather write fiction or non-fiction?
Would you rather be sucked into the world in the page of a book or have the characters come out of the pages into real life?
Would you rather be a villain or a hero?
Do you have a “would you rather…” to share?

I find that it doesn’t matter whether I’m alone or in a busy place for writing, as long as I can listen to music and narrow my focus that way.

I prefer my Mac alone or with someone in relatively quiet place writing nonfiction.

I like a relatively quiet place to write as well.

Keyboard is a must for me; my fingers are too slow for my brain. And I edit as I go. As far as books go, I’d rather be sucked in.

I would rather be sucked into the book as well (which happens on one level with the really good reads anyway, haha).

I prefer to write non-fiction with pencil and paper, alone in an isolated room or a silent room filled with people…

There are so few of us pencil and paper writers left, I am with you on that one!

I’m much faster typing on a computer, though I do reserve pen and paper for my to do lists.
I’ve always been partial to reading the book before watching the movie. That way my imagination can form my own version of the story. That being said, I think I would rather keep my real life and my book life separate, so sucked into the pages of a book.
I would rather be remembered as a hero, but I don’t know that you can be a hero without first having been a villain.

The typing as a faster option seems to be a popular pick.
Very interesting the association of villain and hero…

Laptop.
Alone surrounded by quiet and darkness.
Either fiction or non. Both are fun.
Sucked into my book is what happens most often. It keeps me coming back for more.
